Formed in Hamilton in 1992 with initially only two partners and two secretaries, the firm has grown rapidly over the years and now consists of three partners and around thirty five additional support staff including both qualified solicitors and specialist paralegals.

The firm now enjoys an enviable reputation as one of the foremost and fastest growing conveyancing firms in Scotland and acts for a wide variety of private and commercial clients including several major and medium sized house builders, Housing Associations and High Street lenders.

The firm has also established a flourishing niche market in purchasing off plan and existing residential developments for investor clients and has a dedicated team headed by Chris Tulips, who specialise in that side of the business.

The firm also has specialist domestic conveyancing and remortgage teams, headed up by David Strefford and Louise Johnstone and again there are dedicated staff within the firm dealing with such transactions for a wide variety of clients.
